Integreon is dedicated to embedding ESG principles into our operations, with a strong emphasis on climate action, resource efficiency, and transparent governance. Our sustainability strategy aligns with the Paris Agreement, Climate Disclosure Project (CDP) framework, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 procedures ensuring robust measurement, disclosure, and continuous improvement in reducing our environmental impact and enhancing social and governance practices.

Responsibility

We recognize the importance of managing our environmental footprint and actively seek innovative approaches and best practices. Our environmental strategy centers on energy efficiency, resource conservation, and waste management by adopting International Standards of Environmental Management System (ISO 14001), Occupational Health & Safety (ISO 45001), and Energy Management System (ISO 50001). Additionally, Integreon launched several initiatives to further reduce our greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, with a focus on Scope 1 (direct emissions) and Scope 2 (indirect emissions from purchased electricity). This includes optimizing our office operations through energy-efficient HVAC systems, LED lighting, and implementing smart energy management practices. We are also exploring opportunities to transition to renewable energy sources, starting with procuring renewable energy for our office locations. Our current energy consumption is monitored and evaluated for setting a science-based emissions reduction target in alignment with the Paris Agreement. Integreon has introduced comprehensive e-waste and scrap management programs to ensure responsible disposal and recycling of electronic equipment and materials. We are working toward reducing single-use plastics and promoting the use of recycled and eco-friendly products.
