VCMDA Section 44475.2 - Disclosures regarding climate-related claims and GHG emissions goals
Integreon has undertaken several initiatives to manage and reduce its GHG emissions. As described on our website:
- Integreon has undertaken several initiatives to further reduce our GHG emissions, with a focus on Scope 1 (direct emissions) and Scope 2 (indirect emissions from purchased electricity). This includes optimizing our office operations through energy-efficient HVAC systems, LED lighting, and implementing smart energy practices.
- We are also exploring opportunities to transition to renewable energy sources, starting with procuring renewable energy for our office locations.
- Integreon has introduced e-waste and scrap management programs to ensure responsible disposal and recycling of electronic equipment and materials, and is working towards single-use plastics and promoting the use of recycled and eco-friendly products.
During this past year, we transitioned to renewable energy sources in several Integreon offices. Integreon also completed a CDP Corporate Questionnaire for 2024 in relation to our 2023 operations. In 2025, we plan to complete another CDP Corporate Questionnaire in relation to our 2024 operations.
Integreon uses the operational control consolidation approach, in accordance with the GHG Protocol Corporate Accounting and Reporting Standard (GHG Protocol Corporate Standard), for calculating our environmental performance data, including GHG emissions, water withdrawals, and other relevant environmental impacts. This allows us to ensure that our environmental performance data accurately represents the impacts and improvements we can directly manage and influence, which supports the consistency, tracking, and comparability of our reported data. Preparing our GHG emissions reporting in accordance with the GHG Protocol Corporate Standard and related guidelines also allows us to effectively manage our environmental impacts, drive improvements, and report transparently to our stakeholders.
Integreon’s total GHG emissions for 2023 were calculated as 4,698.18 metric tons of carbon dioxide equivalent (MtCO2e). The breakdown of the total by Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emission categories is as follows: Scope 1: 1,447.34 MtCO2e; Scope 2: 1,461.92 MtCO2e; and Scope 3: 1,788.92 MtCO2e.

( Credibl ESG), validated our 2023 GHG data and emission calculation methodologies related to 2023 GHG emissions for our operating subsidiary in India (Integreon Managed Solutions (India) Private Limited) by performing a limited assurance engagement, as defined by International Standards on Assurance Engagements (ISAE 3410). Beyond this, the Company has not obtained independent verification of other data and claims listed. In 2025, we also plan to perform GHG emissions calculations, which will be independently audited. This will allow us to continue measuring our GHG emissions reduction progress.
