Louis Brucculeri is Executive Vice President and General Counsel of West Corp. He joined West in November 2017, bringing over 25 years of legal experience and 30 years of experience in computing, communications and software technologies. During his legal career, Lou was honored to be appointed in advisor roles to several federal courts in many different cases. He has worked with technology innovators such as Intel, Apple, ServiceNow, Polycom, McAfee and ZTE. Earlier in his career, Lou also served in senior in-house roles with Compaq and seminal internet innovators Alta Vista and Zip2. He has been honored by multiple national publications for his exceptional legal work, especially in the area of intellectual property law.
Melina Efstathiou

Melina is acting Head of Litigation Technology of Eversheds Sutherland since August 2019 and brings with her over 12 years’ experience in the legal technology sector. Her remit includes building on the firm’s existing suite of technology solutions for disputes and investigations work. A recognised Leader in legal technology and an eDiscovery Subject Matter Expert, she has been passionately leading the Litigation Technology Team handling complex litigation, arbitration and competition cases and high profile highly sensitive Public Inquiries. Melina’s teams deliver solutions on eDiscovery, Trial Preparation, electronic bundling, case management and document automation. Melina most recently worked at Relativity where she was Senior Customer Success Manager with responsibility for client on-boarding, integration and successful adoption of Relativity’s technology in traditional and alternative use cases.
Melina is a qualified lawyer, and before moving into legal technology spent eight years practising law, specialising in financial crime and complex fraud investigations.
