Sylvain Magdinier

Based in the UK, Sylvain joined Integreon in 2021 focusing on enhancing Integreon’s Contracts, Compliance, and Commercial Services and helping clients to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their legal function through deployment of enabling technology, process re-engineering, and agile resourcing strategies.

Sylvain is a UK-qualified solicitor with over 25 years of experience in commercial, corporate, technology and intellectual property work. His experience draws from multiple industries and a variety of corporate cultures, giving him a particular strength in bridging the gap between design theory and operational implementation.

Before joining Integreon, Sylvain’s most recent role was as the lead solution architect for contracts and transactional services provided by UnitedLex. Prior to that, Sylvain was the European manager for UnitedLex’s legal function outsourcing deal with DXC Technology, running a regional department of 45 legal and contracts professionals to help deliver continuous service improvement and multiple technology implementations.

Earlier in his career, Sylvain held a global position as a commercial lawyer supporting software and big data businesses for Hewlett-Packard, following a traditional path through private practice at corporate law firms Osborne Clarke and Clifford Chance.

For over a decade, Sylvain has been involved in a succession of optimization and transformation projects for the legal industry.
