With more than 16 years of contracts and legal process experience, Reshmi oversees Integreon service delivery for US contracts clients. Additionally, she is responsible for key contracts accounts helping them to further innovate their contracting and other legal operations processes. Her deep industry knowledge of market trends, current and emerging technologies, and a track-record of building trusted relationships has enabled Reshmi to deliver best-in-class services that drive tangible business benefit and ROI for clients.

Reshmi is highly respected in the industry and known for successfully integrating technology into workflows and effectively developing strategies that align technology with the broader objectives of the client organizations she supports. In the realm of talent management, Reshmi has built leading high-performing legal teams. Her focus on exposing and training her team on current legal tech trends and tools has fostered a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Formerly a Director at Thomson Reuters Legal Managed Services, Reshmi specializes in managing global client accounts, designing, and operationalizing multi-shore delivery models. In addition, she has deep contract life cycle management (CLM) experience including contract review, abstraction, data migration, and process optimization across various industries. Notably, Reshmi has led initiatives requiring the timely delivery of multiple high-dollar-value projects and has worked extensively with diverse contract types.

Reshmi’s strategic acumen has guided Fortune 500 companies in conceptualizing and developing processes to achieve their goals.
