Patricia Callejón

Patricia joined Integreon in August 2020 as Director of Contracts, Compliance and Commercial Services. Her primary focus is working closely with clients in the design and implementation of highly efficient and cost-effective contracting processes in the US, Europe, Asia, Australia, and Latin America. Patricia is a contract lifecycle management (“CLM”) expert who has been not only responsible for implementations and training programs but has been a member of CLM management teams in charge of corporate strategy, product vision, delivery, and customer success initiatives. As a CLM expert, she has coordinated cross-functional team activities, including engineering, product, support, project management, and quality control, to ensure high-quality execution and delivery of CLM projects while meeting deadlines, budget, and customer expectations.

Clients benefit from Patricia’s unique combination and wide breath of skills including CLM solution design, operational optimization, service design, business process management, contract analytics, project management, as well as contracting, litigation and arbitration in both big law and start-up environments.

Patricia brings over 10-years of global expertise experience to Integreon’s contracting service offerings. Most recently, Patricia served as head of ContractRoom’s multi-national Contract Solutions team where she was responsible for the implementation of key customer accounts, dramatically accelerating processes and optimizing content leading to 10x improvements in speed, control and data analytics. Prior to joining ContractRoom, Patricia was an associate for corporate and finance law at Norton Rose Fulbright and Baker McKenzie.

Patricia is fluent in English and Spanish and received her law degree at the Monteávila University in 2013.
